SHIPMENTS AND REPLACEMENTS

Orders are processed and shipped by LURAH, a brand owned by Natty Srls, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the first following working day.

ITALY:

All shipments in Italy are free.

Shipping costs are charged for product replacement:

the shipping costs in Italy for product replacement (in case of purchase of the wrong size or for other reasons not due to the characteristics of the product itself) amount to Euro 10.00 for the new shipment that Natty Srls will have to make to the customer as a result of the free return of the product. Please note that the replacement will take place upon confirmation that the returned product is in perfect condition, please refer to the information under the RETURNS item. If the return is not accepted, the replacement of the product will be possible only if the customer pays for the product by placing a new order. The customer must transfer this amount to Natty Srls who will send a credit request via PayPal to the email address previously indicated by the customer. The customer can pay the sum of 10.00 Euro by credit / debit card or via PayPal. Once payment is received, Natty Srls will send the replacement product to the same address previously indicated, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Shipping times in Italy vary from 2 to 5 working days.

OUTSIDE ITALY:

Shipments outside Italy and within the countries listed below are free for purchases over 350,00 Euro. For purchases under 350,00 Euro the shipping expenses are subject to charges and are equal to € 20.00. Delivery times vary from 5 to 7 working days.

Countries where you can buy and receive LURAH shipments beyond Italy:

Austria – Belgium – Bulgaria – Cyprus – Croatia – Denmark – Estonia – Finland – France – Germany – Gibraltar – Greece – Ireland – Latvia – Lithuania – Luxembourg – Malta – Principality of Monaco – Netherlands – Poland – Portugal – United Kingdom – Czech Republic – Romania – San Marino – Slovakia – Slovenia – Spain – Sweden – Switzerland – Hungary – Vatican.

Shipping costs outside Italy for product replacement (in case of purchase of the wrong size or for other reasons not attributable to the characteristics of the product itself) has to be handled indipendently from the customer and are up to the customer. Please note that the replacement will take place upon confirmation that the returned product is in perfect condition, please refer to the information under the RETURNS item.

If the return is not accepted, the replacement of the product will be possible only if the customer pays for the product by placing a new order. The items requested to be returned in this case will be shipped back to the customer who has to pay for this shipment.

Natty can organize the shipment on behalf of the customer. To do that the customer must transfer the shipment amount that Natty will communicate to Natty Srls Pay Pal account who will send a credit request.

The customer can pay the amount of 20,00 Euros by credit / debit card or via PayPal. Once payment is received, Natty Srls will send the replacement product to the same address previously indicated, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

For all UK orders, customers are expected to pay custom duties.

ALL COUNTRIES:

Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning all those between Monday and Friday, inclusive, with the exception of any holidays.

Please note that the delivery and / or shipping times of the goods may undergo variations not due to LURAH or due to force majeure events, such as, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, situations outside the company, etc. etc. .

During the period of sales, promotions, events or holidays, shipments may be delayed or require longer times completely independent of the will of LURAH.

RETURNS:

LURAH provides a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to communicate the intention to return the item and the reason for the return (Article 54 of the Consumer Code). The same legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods applies to replacements.

From the moment of notification, the buyer is obliged to return the product within the following 14 days (Article 57 of the Consumer Code)

ITALY:

Please note that the return is not free, the customer has to provide on his own to the return costs.

OUTSIDE ITALY:

For all countries outside Italy and listed below, the costs for making the return are up to the customer. The customer has to handle the return shipment independently within the limit of the timing specified above.

FOR ALL COUNTRIES:

To minimize return requests, the LURAH team carries out extremely thorough checks before sending the Product (s).

Likewise, kindly trust in the customer’s cooperation so that he adopts the same care during the purchase phase, carefully checking the information in the product sheet so as to avoid errors and be sure of the purchase.

The return request is subject to two checks to be accepted:

  • a first photographic and information check through the appropriate form and a second on-site check in the presence of specialized operators.

The return request can be made by filling out the appropriate form which can only be sent if it is drawn up in all its parts. It is necessary to attach photos that clearly demonstrate the conditions of the Product (it is advisable to photograph the Product in good light conditions).

In the event that the photos do not clearly show the condition of the Product, more photos will be requested.

  • Once the photos and information of the form have been received, the request will be studied by our Customer Service.

In the event that Customer Service accepts the return request during the first check, they will receive a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse and all the specifications to proceed.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, above all, unused, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, with the original packaging, any attachments and labels.

The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to check that they have been returned intact.

Should any discrepancies be identified between what was sent and what was reported and received by the customer, following verification, the LURAH team reserves the right to refuse the return request (in this case the product will be sent again) or to any possible decrease in the value of the asset, refunding only the residual value of the Product.

If the return is accepted, once it is returned to our warehouse, we will refund with the same payment method used for the purchase.
