Orders are processed and shipped by LURAH, a brand owned by Natty Srls, on Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed from the first following weekday.
ITALY:
All shipping within the Italian territory is free only for orders over 150 Euro.
Shipping costs are charged if it is a product replacement:
the shipping costs in Italy for product replacement (in the case of purchase of the wrong size or for other reasons not attributable to the characteristics of the product itself) are borne by the customer for the new shipment that Natty Srls will have to carry out following the return of the product . Please note that replacement will be made upon confirmation that the returned product is in perfect condition, please refer to the information under RETURNS. If the return is not accepted, the replacement of the product will be possible only if the customer repays the product by placing a new order. Natty Srls will send the replacement product to the same address previously indicated, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Consult the RETURNS item to check the return eligibility policies.
Shipping time to Italy varies from 2 to 5 working days.
OUTSIDE ITALY:
Shipments outside Italy and within the countries that are part of the European Union are free of charge for amounts over 350.00 Euro .
For amounts less than 350.00 Euro, shipping costs are charged and are 20.00 Euro and delivery time varies from 5 to 7 working days.
EU countries where you can buy and receive LURAH shipments beyond Italy:
Austria – Belgium – Bulgaria – Cyprus – Croatia – Denmark – Estonia – Finland -. France – Germany – Greece – Ireland – Latvia – Lithuania – Luxembourg – Malta – Monaco – Netherlands – Poland – Portugal – Czech Republic – Romania – Slovakia – Slovenia – Spain – Sweden – Hungary.
Non-EU countries where you can buy and receive LURAH shipments beyond Italy:
United Kingdom
Shipping costs outside Italy for product replacement (in case of purchase of wrong size or for other reasons not related to the characteristics of the product itself) amount to Euro 25.00 for the new shipment to be made by Natty Srls to the customer who will have already paid Euro 25.00 for the replacement.
Please note that replacement will be made upon confirmation that the returned product is in perfect condition, please refer to the information under RETURNS.
If the return is not accepted, product replacement will be possible only if the customer repays the product by placing a new order.
The customer must transfer this amount to Natty Srls who will send a request for a credit of Euro 25.00 via PayPal to the email address previously indicated by the customer. The customer may pay the amount of Euro 25.00 via credit/debit card or via PayPal. Once payment is received, Natty Srls will send the replacement product to the same address previously indicated, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
ALL NATIONS:
Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning all days between Monday and Friday, inclusive, excluding any public holidays.
Please note that the delivery time and/or shipment of goods may be subject to variations not attributable to LURAH or due to force majeure events, such as but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, situations outside the company, etc. etc.
During the period of sales, promotions, events, or holidays, shipments may be delayed or take longer completely beyond the control of LURAH.
RETURNS
LURAH provides a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to report the intention to return the item and the reason for this return (Art.54 Consumer Code). The same legal deadline of 14 days from delivery of the goods applies for replacements.
From the time of reporting, the buyer is obliged to return the product within the next 14 days (Art.57 of the Consumer Code).
We remind you that you can replace products that are exclusively unused, that are not the right size, or that are received damaged or wrong.
ITALY:

Natty srls reserves the right to reject the return if not deemed suitable to the required standards during the second inspection.

To minimize return requests, the LURAH team makes extremely thorough checks before sending the Product(s). Likewise, we kindly trust in the cooperation of the customer so that he/she adopts the same thoughtfulness during the purchase phase, carefully checking the information in the product sheet so as to avoid mistakes and be certain of the purchase.

The return request is subject to two checks in order to be accepted:
A request for return can be made by filling out the appropriate form, which can only be sent if it is filled out in its entirety.
You must attach photos that clearly demonstrate the condition of the Product (we recommend photographing the Product in good light conditions).
In case the photos do not clearly show the condition of the Product, more photos will be requested.
In the event that Customer Service accepts the return request during the first check, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse, and all the specifics to proceed.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, especially, unused, not worn in direct contact with the insole, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, provided with the original packaging, any attachments and labels.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to make sure they have been returned intact.
In the event that any discrepancies are identified discrepancies between what was sent and what was reported and received by the customer, following verification, the LURAH team reserves the right to reject the return request (in which case the product will be sent to you again) or to charge any decrease in asset value of the good, refunding only the remaining value of the Product.
Should the return, be accepted, once it is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
