Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and\/or automated processing. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case the same data will be processed, from the termination of the relationship, for no more than 10 years for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years for the Marketing Purposes.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Data access<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your data may be made accessible for the purposes mentioned in Article 2.A) and 2.B): <\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to employees and collaborators of the Owner in their capacity as persons in charge and\/or internal data processors and\/or system administrators;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to third-party companies or other entities (by way of example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Disclosure of data<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without the need for express consent (art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), Judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is obligatory by law for the fulfillment of the said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers. <\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Data Transfer<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data are stored on servers located within the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will be entitled to move the servers outside the EU as well. In this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission. <\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provision of data for the purposes of Art. 2.
